Introduction and regional governance context

How to conduct this assessment?
The assessment shall not be conducted by one single person per region: it is important that the assessment takes place as a collaborative process between regional practitioners responsible for various sectors. A collaborative approach is also meant to decrease the level of bias or subjectivity that could play a role if the assessment is completed by an individual. To enhance the reliability of responses, it is advisable to seek input from colleagues in relevant departments, especially when lacking sufficient information for certain questions.
I agree to share my assessment data for the purpose of comparing my region with other regions.
